Athlete Again Program
After an assessment, we will customize a program to your preferences, goals, experience, and body characteristics. We can make a program for you to complete on your own using whatever equipment you have access to - whether it is at home or at the gym. This program is made just for you, no matter what the circumstances are! We will hold check-ins over Zoom to help keep you accountable and motivated while answering any questions that you might have. The program is designed to make you feel more like the athlete inside. We provide nutrition coaching to work together with your training to meet your goals.
Nutrition coaching can also be provided without a training program. We will include a calorie count with the macros that you need to meet your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, put on some muscle, increase athletic performance, or maintain your weight while changing your body composition, we can help you reach your goals! We will have check-ins every other week (unless we are meeting for training, then we will include this in our weekly check-in) to discuss how things are going, make adjustments, and provide additional insight and direction.
