Athlete Forever Program
Feeling like an athlete is something that you can maintain for the rest of your life. Most people that train, train like a body builder and then blame their immobility and declining athleticism on their age. You may not be the same athlete at 60 as you were at 20, but you don't have to decline as quickly as everyone around you if you train properly, like an athlete.
The Athlete Forever program is a program designed for anyone, and customized with 4 options that are all built on training like an athlete, but emphasizing different parts of athleticism: Strong Athlete Forever (AF), Fast AF, Explosive AF, and Jacked AF.
Each program is a based on strength, power, speed, and hypertrophy training. For each program option, one of those four pillars is the emphasis. If you are unsure which option is best for you, we can help you decide during a free consultation. The program is updated such that each week builds on the next, but you can jump in at any time to get started.
Because this program is for everyone, we write the program for basic gym equipment, but modifications can always be made. It is best if you are able to workout 3-4 times per week for about 60 to 75 minutes but modifications can certainly be made.
This is the option that is most customized to you. Whatever your goal is, we will help you achieve it. After an assessment, we will customize a program to your preferences, goals, experience, and body characteristics. We can make a program for you to complete on your own using whatever equipment you have access to - whether it is at home or at the gym. This program is made just for you, no matter what the circumstances are! You will send in videos of your exercises so that we can coach your form and identify weaknesses that we can build on. We will hold check-ins over Zoom to help keep you accountable and motivated while answering any questions that you might have. We also provide nutrition coaching to compliment your training. This is the total package for reaching your goals!
Nutrition coaching can also be provided without a training program. We will include a calorie count with the macros that you need to meet your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, put on some muscle, increase athletic performance, or maintain your weight while changing your body composition, we can help you reach your goals! We will have regular check-ins to discuss how things are going, make adjustments, and provide additional insight and direction.
